Maya: Can't edit Walk Tool key combination in Hotkey Editor

I want to toggle X-Ray shading using the Alt+x keys.
That combination is  assigned to the Walk Tool in the Panel View menu.
View - Camera Tools - Walking Tool
I can not find the Walk Tool in the Hotkey Editor. Looked all over, searched with no luck.
I think it should be here: Edit Hotkeys For: Other items - Viewport Menus - View
or here: Edit Hotkeys For: Other items - Viewport Menus - Viewport items
I still can't find it. Wasted 2 hours so far.
Any help would be appreciated.

It's a runtime command, listed under Other Items > Navigation.
