PROJECT MINER (CODENAME)






Future mining industries will adventure to new planets to mine off world as Earth's resources are scarce. Venturing to unexplored worlds Mining corporations race to discover  new ‘fuel’ and “Ore” to save the dying earth however, they discover a lot more than they bargained for. Mining new resources on unknown planets has awoken something truly terrifying. Trapped in a dark mine with only your teammates and trade skills to help you survive waves of mutated Aliens.  

Survive as many waves of “monsters” as possible. This is not an easy game, the player will always have to prepare to fight and craft simultaneously.  

Full GDD (Game design document) available once NDA is signed. 

Please note that all of our current positions are remote work. You will not be required to travel.

3D MODELER - ENVIRONMENT ARTIST

3D MODELER - PROP ARTIST 

PROGRAMMER  - C++


ARTISTS

We are looking for a 3D Modeller to create and polish 3D models for the game. You will be collaborating with the team in creating 3D models that meet polygon-count and texture quality requirements. You will also need to be able to enact upon instructions from the Creative Director and Lead Artist.

Your duties include:

  • Create 3D models conforming to the polygon-count requirements.
  • Attendance of regular team meetings.
  • Skinning and un-wrapping of models created.
  • Make adjustments to created models when required.
  • Utilization of our project management boards (Trello) and communication channels to obtain up-to-date assets.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this position, following requirements apply:

  • Have working knowledge of  3DSMAX and SUBSTANCE PAINTER and PHOTOSHOP
  • Understand import/export requirements for Unreal Engine integration.
  • Good internet connection with ability to update assets/builds quickly, with large dependencies.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

PROGRAMMERS 

We are looking for Programmers. You will be working with our Coding team Lead to implement systems and mechanics using C++ language.

Your duties include:

  • Attendance of regular team meetings.
  • Direct contact with Project Lead and other Department Leads for the implementation process.
  • Utilization of our project management boards (Trello) and communication channels to obtain up-to-date assets.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this position, following requirements apply:

  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4. 
  • implementing gameplay mechanics & logic, either through blueprints or through C++
  • Ability to complete tasks with limited input/direction from management.
  • Good internet connection with ability to update assets/builds quickly, with large dependencies.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

REVENUE-SHARE

We are unable to offer wages or per-item payments at this time. However revenue-sharing from future publishing is offered to team members who contribute to the company projects, as well as maintain constant communication and adhere to deadlines. You will be required to sign a NDA upon being accepted and we will answer any questions you may have on the matter. Your understanding is dearly appreciated.
