Soo I got a few days ago an amazing critique and decided to really push it. Did a lot of cleaning in the mesh and in the high poly, also I think I defined a lot more the materials, Especially the jacket, Skin, and Eyes. Pretty much a redo D; I think I should have been able to improve it a lot more but I m still lacking so I'll be working hard so that in the future i can come back and improve it even more!
I think those are the best shots but I posted a few more shots in Artstation if someone wants to see some more.
Great work on those shaders, love the way you've brought it all together. My only suggestion would be to make the blue shadow conform slightly tighter to some of the forms - is it part of the textures? It looks great in the screenshots, but when rotating the static aspect of it seems a bit... off? Either way it's fantastic and I'd love to see more in this style.
@TudorMorris Yeah, I think soo. In the beginning, I was thinking to tackle it like that but I thought that I could save a lot of time by hand painting it or just faking the light. But yeah next time I tackle something like this I m gonna for sure do it with a toon shader.
