ivy generator?

anyone know of a good ivy generator? struggling with the best way to make these. I want a bunch of ivy clumps that I cant put up and down walls. Making all those small cards by hand seems tedious. Any other ideas?

Blender ships with a decent ivy generator add-on. But Blender can be a challenge if you're not used to it.

There are a bunch of videos showing how to use it.
