i take a concept from internet looks similar to him the objective of this portrait is to work on skin detail and make a hair using fibermesh in ZBrush it's just a training for next project, the lips is like the concept.
Anatomically it's not there yet. It's missing properly defined bony landmarks and planes of the face.
yes perhaps my shape forme don't make the looks anatomically correct but it's a stylized work i know every organic forme should have a correct anatomy but i still trying too make it.
Realistic or stylized, doesn't matter. Anatomy is still ways off on your sculpt. It doesn't look right to me. So, you should study some more anatomy, and when you have more knowledge, you could redo this from that concept, and get back here for more feedback. We can tell how much you've improved then.

yes i know that, need anatomy to made it i will try to improve my work thanks for helping me i really appreciate it
You should focus on nailing the planes of the face next time. There's a lot of details here I think you missed like how far the lips extend down the mouth line, or the planar break with the upper eyelid to the eye socket "edge."

What referencee were you using for the face?
What stands out most immediately to me is the lips. Why are the corners of his mouth so far removed from the terminating ends of the lips?
i used this image as a reference.
