Thanks for sharing! I recommend uploading to Syncsketch for more detailed feedback. Although there aren't obviously any dinosaurs to get reference from, there are some animals that move somewhat comparable. Two-legged dinosaurs move similarly to larger birds, such as an ostrich.
It's a bit hard to tell the scale, compared to the trees the dino seems large, but he moves pretty quick, closer to a chicken-sized dino. If he's a predator take a look at present day predators such as large cats (cheetah, jaguar, lion, etc.). Most animals try to keep their head relatively still while hunting prey so they don't lose sight.
