A couple things. To start with, I'd look at your basic facial proportions. For example, the ears and eyes are much too high right now. Just look up facial proportions and measure out how your sculpt compares.
I'd also recommend giving some definition to the planes of the face. In particular, his chin, mouth, and jaw are feeling kinda blobby.
Finally, I'd give him a neck and maybe the tops of his shoulders. He looks decapitated now.
