can i get a remotely job , i don't live near Europep or US

 hello everyone 

for people who works in big studios in the US and Europe , is it possible for people who live over the seas to be hired remotely ! 
when i try to apply online , it seems that there is no option for that ,  i got refusals , so should i keep applying ! 
i need your advice plz 

for people who would advice me to try  upwork and freelance.com 
i already tried those , for many reasons  it wasn't practical for me

    Also, your portfolio could use much better organization.  I'd watch this first before you get to fixing the portfolio and improving it.

    For you portfolio I'd recommend getting an artstation account.
    Also decide on your focus is it 2D or 3D art? From the looks of it are you concept artist? Also I couldn't find a resume on your site.
    It is possible in some cases for companies to hire artists remotely. 
    I'd say the more renowned companies would likely have the best contracts. Usually these relationships are built with a prior on site working relationship between artist and the company.
    Of course if your art is well known or you have a contact on the inside, a company could approach you directly. Participating in contests can be a good way to assess your ability and potential.
