Hello everyone,
I have 6 different Technical Artist roles working on respected AAA-titles throughout the Pacific Northwest and I'd love to share them with you!
Here are some brief summaries of each position:
Redmond/Kirkland, WA, USA
Technical Artist (
Shader- or
VFX-focus):
- Shader-focus: GLSL, HLSL, custom shader creation and 3D math
- VFX-focus: Lighting/shading scenes
Technical Artist (Tool- and/or
Shader-focus):
Technical Artist (
Character/Rigging-focus):
- Facial rigging experience.
- C# and C++ (Maya API) experience.
- 1+ years of experience in the games industry including shipping AAA console titles.
- 3+ years or more of production experience within the fields of Rigging/Character Technical Art
Technical Artist (Generalist):
- Generalist supporting the Environment Art team
- Experience in level management and tools troubleshooting
Technical Artist (
Pipeline Mgmt and/or
Animation/Rigging focus):
- 2 years in Technical Animator position or similar
- Strong knowledge of one or more major 3D animation packages, 3D Studio Max and MotionBuilder preferred.
- Experience with ZBrush or MudBox for character creation
- Bonus: Ability to create rigs and script a plus
- Bonus: Experience with Granny 3D Animation System

Unreal 4, 2d/3d art packages (Photoshop/Maya)

points: Houdini/Substance Designer a plus
