Toolbag Texture Map Limit?

I'm working on a character and I've come across an issue where if I apply an AO map, my model goes transparent. Same with an emissive map. It seems to do this when I try to add any new map. I have several maps to this material and Im wondering if there is a limitation with the number one can apply to a material or if this is a bug or Im doing something wrong?

    Hey, this tends to happen due to a texture sampler limitation. We've improved this for 3.04 though, if you want to try the beta, go to the Facebook user group and download the installer from the pinned post: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ToolbagUserGroup/
