Xnormal Baking Problems

Hey All

I am having some strange things happen when i try and back my high to my low. I am using Maya, Zbrush and normal. 

From what i can see is the problem is the High and low meshes are two different sizes, however i have checked them in both maya and zbrush and the sit in the same world space. i have attached some images to show my settings and the result. 

It might be hard to see but in the screen capture from the xnormal 3D viewer you can just see the high poly in the very centre of the low poly model, thats how small it thinks it is. 

Help me obi-Wan Kenobi your my only hope.

    export and import settings usually have scale features which sometimes automatically configure themselves to the wrong settings

    make 100% sure you're exporting everything at the same scale multiplier

    import them into a new scene, with identical import scale settings, to check
