Need animated crack VFX on walls

Hi,

I need some help in ue4 for a special problem. I'need something that creeping up the walls.

A Visual effect like this:

I think about Decals or something, but the effect dont look good. Can u help build something cool looking that i can use for cracks, blood so on.
