i've used substance painter for about 2 years now and i've never had any issue switching between viewport and iray, however this 1 model i have seems to have issues between the two, it looks fine in UE4, 3ds max and substance view port but wrong in Iray, anyone happen to know a fix?

Have you got flipped UVs there? Even if you do I'd call it a bug and moan to Allegorithmic about it
