Just wondering if anyone knows what Blizzard use as a MatCap. They always seem to be able to really highlight the edges of objects but still have a relatively darkish surface.
"I have 2 custom lights, one top left, one rim light with 0 ambient, and I make two bpr renders and composite them in photoshop. The matcap is a custom one that I was planning to share with a video on the future, it already has cavity and highlights settings."
The material is possibly called Orb_clay, but I don't think he's gotten around to making the video.
Thank you for your responses, i know this is a vanity thing and being so new to the whole industry i am just trying to get that feel good moment with an aesthetic if you know what i mean.
The reference i have is this one which im sure you both have seen
