[Bug] Substance Painter 2018.1.0 Wacom Issue

I installed the new 2018.1.0 Painter Version yesterday and am generally very happy with the update.
There is one issue though. Apparently custom Wacom pen keybindings cause issues.
My setup looks like this:
What happens in painter though, is that my “custom right click” is now mapped to the SAME button of the pen as my “custom undo”. So everytime I rotate my camera/increase brush size, I do an undo as well. Also if I press the other pen button, a middle click is fired, which I didn’t even map to anything. This is pretty annoying

This occurs on my machine at home, at work and also a colleague of mine noticed that as well. So I am pretty confident, that my setup is not the problem here.
While writing this report up I noticed something that might help you to pinpoint the problem:
I wanted to record a gif to illustrate my problem. For this I used ScreenToGif , a tool that creates a see through window to record whatever is in it.
When I paint “through” the tools window, my shortcuts work in Substance Painter again.
So I assume it is a window focus problem of some sort.
