Modifier Sliders problem 3ds max

Hello, for some random reason the sliders on modifiers like extrude and connect arent responding with the mouse ?, Heres a clip of the problem if anyone could help that would be great

Just switch to the old dialog box, personally I don't find any benefit of using caddy, and the icon is terrible telling what means what.
