Substance Painter issue open old file

Hi there,
I have a problem whe i try to open a old project done in the version 2017.4.0, when I try to open it in the new verion 2017.4.2, the software crash and every time in the folder appears i file with the name of the project ***.painter_lock.
Someone can help me ? I tried yo reinstal the old version but nothing change.
