Project Lyfe looking for Artists

Hello folks,
Our project called Lyfe is looking for 3D artists.
First of all: What are we?
Good question. Lyfe set out with the plan to create an evolution based game of pc. If this got your attention you might want to take a look at our project page over at gamedev.net. There you can find our design document, too.
In our game we want the player to follow the develpoment of his creature from just a single celled organism through being a primitive to beyond the stars. We want the player to have control over fate of his species. And it will be his species. For every stage of its evolution there will be a new editor allowing the player to adapt it to its environment but also his personal taste.
It's quite an ambitious goal we set ourselves, I know but it's something we beliefe in.
If you think this is a plan worth following then we're always open to welcome new people.
We are no fulltime game developers and don't expect you to invest more time than you are prepared to.
I wish it was different but we also can't pay you. We're not making any money of this and don't intend to. We want this to be a free and open develpoment with contributions coming in from everyone who wants to help.
To end on one more positive point: You are not bound to this project and there are no deadlines. This means we don't know when this will be done but we got all the time we need to polish the game.
