Hi everyone! First post here looking for feedback and ideas and to get more involved in the awesome community

I'm currently working on a modular Sci-Fi shop front using the same decal and custom face normal workflow used for star citizen and I love it!
At the moment I'm working using Seungjin Woo's concept for Star Citizen as a base, then plan to develop my own concepts and ideas. Materials are very much temporary at the moment and will be polished later.



Currently each asset has a Dirt/MetalWear/Rust mask using UV3 (baked in designer) that is blended with a material functions of Dirt/Metal/Rust materials in unreal to give more control over individual assets and should help break up repetition for more repeated assets.
I'm planning on doing a breakdown when the projects finished so any specific feedback about workflow, texturing or useful tips in general would help out with it all
