Need art team for demo (maybe more)

I have an idea for a game and wish to start creating a demo to put out for possible crowd funding via kickstarter. This will be made in unreal 4 engine and as far as the unreal coding and set goes I can handle that myself or may ask for more help a bit later.
But first I need a team to help me model, rig, texture and animate a few primary models that will be introduced and shown in the demo.
As of right now I'm poor and cannot afford to really pay you. However if you help me with this and the project picks up, I can pay you later for what u help with now.
Also if I loved your work and things work out then I may ask for a longer term cooperation and hire you on as an official artist.
I have everything planned out and I know exactly what I want to see so if you can help me create this please contact me.
