Is anyone aware of a script similar to
https://chemikhazi.itch.io/sprytile for 3ds max? I currently have a city built with Ghost Town, and while it does a good enough job adding textures via material ids, it doesn't support texture atlases. I've tried using
http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/texture-atlas-generator in conjunction with Ghost Town, and while I'm very impressed that it actually does the geo cuts on existing geo and packs the textures, it also does it very sloppily.
Sprytile seems to be the closest I can find but it's a Blender plugin and I've always had a bad away record with Blender's interface. Any ideas?

You would have to export a section of your city, and the tool would pack all the materials into one texture, while also rearranging the UVs to match.
IIRC Nvidia had a tool for this in their SDK.
