Hi, I'm trying to mirror this object I have, and I have centered the pivot, reset the pivot, aligned the object to a center cube on the world origin, removed all groups, froze transformations, and deleted the history. Yet for some strange reason, the duplicated object is always slightly rotated, as soon in the images. It is not offset, it is rotated. Any idea on how to fix this?

It looks like the mirror line might not be totally straight, go into wireframe and use an orthographic camera to look down the x axis and zoom in to see if everything lines up.

Yes, I did all of that.

You're a genius. I was sure that it was straight, but it was just so slightly off. Thank you! Always the simplest solutions..
