Help:Broken Lighting on a single object in Unreal.

I am currently working on a uni project and have run into a problem when I reimported one of my walls. 
The problem happened after I applied a multi Sub Object onto the model and reimported it. I have tried applying another material on it in 3ds max with no success. Any help or insight would be appreciated

    I'm not sure about it, however I think you might have changed your uv for lightmaps by accident? I'm not familiar with 3dsmax though.

    Hey sorry for the late reply. For some reason my lightmaps weren't importing from max so I renamed the object and imported it under a different name which I swear I had already tried and it did nothing but this time it's okay. Thanks for the reply
