I have all my assets in maya properly grouped but for some reason with I export as OBJ and try and upload to Ddo it doesn't read the groups correctly it like makes its own it's very strange.
Have you tried using FBX? I know Maya's OBJ export has a lot of limitations compared to Max, including adding junk data which causes the issue you're running into here. If you try and isolate your mesh down to almost no hierarchy in Maya before exporting it, or at least ensure everything in the hierarchy is named the same as the mesh group itself, it should eventually kick out a proper OBJ.

Although I did get it to finally export for some reason I can only see OBJ files when I go to select which one I want to load up in Quixel. I can't see or find any of them in my saved folders weird.
