Blender and 3ds Max import/export

Hey guys,

I have a problem with material id order, let me explain the whole situation.
I received a car model in 3ds Max and have to do a work with it. Since i really do not like the 3ds i decided to make this job via blender. So the model has few uv map according to the material and materialid. Blender imports it correctly, the name of the material fits to the faces. I finished the job and during importing the file back to 3dsmax by fbx everything works fine except the material. The material has good faces attached to it - but the name has changed. For example material „undercarriage” goes to the parts under the car, right? Blender got it but now the faces What should be the undercarriage are sticked to the Lets say „body” material. I assume Max wrongly import the material id order. Is there any solution?
