Wierd Zbrush Problem?

Hello, guys. so over my 5. years in Zbrush. this problem has never occurred to me.
The case I have is that my symmetry is not working with brushes, the model is perfectly symmetrical and aligned when try to use the move tool on the right side for example and push it out, the left side gets pushed in.
Same goes for the clay build up, the clay will build upwards on the left and sideways on the right.
have you guys ever had this problem? or have some clue on how to fix it ?:)
