You should do a pass consentrating on follow through and overlapping action to loosen the movements up a bit. Offsetting some of the keys on the hip, spine and head / neck could be a good start. I would also take a look at the major arcs of the motion. Especially how the gun moves.
I left some syncsketch notes / drawings but here's the summary:
The main feedback point from me would be the pose she's in when she points the gun. Maybe try having a more dynamic side-on pose. So arm straight, upper body twisted, head down and looking at the target.
Also she moves into that pose quite slowly. Between frames 72 and 103 maybe have her quickly duck and transition into the firing pose. This could be shortened by at least 10 frames.
