Lightforged Illidan - WoW character fan art

Hey all, my first dedicated character thread in awhile.
After catching up on some Warcraft recently I doodled a concept for a alternate version of Illidan, kind of a 'what if' alternate reality, fans of the game probably have an idea of where I'm going with this but I'll save from posting spoilers.

Anyway here is my concept, updates WON'T be thick and fast, I'm going to take it nice and easy and maybe do other mini projects in the meantime. 



Any feedback/suggestions is always welcome

I feel like while the concept looks really cool it doesn't really feel light forged so much as a recolor of his demon form.  To really be Illidan "purified" I would think about what he might have looked like had he received the light from the beginning.  Right now he just kind of feels like he has a lot of gold instead of green.

Thats some fair crits. I think i want to get rid of the hooves and maybe give him some armoured footwear and maybe some chunky gauntlets.
A different hairstyle/crystalised or fragmented horns might look cool. I still want to keep some of his features and sharpness so he's still recognisable but you're right, I'll work into it some more.
