Hi,
I've been working on new project for few days but I need help. I can't imagine and create fur for this character. I tried different techniques but I still  couldn't succed.

Concept:

Here is the guy and first approach at fur:

There is second version of fur:
I've been thinking about some plane hair but I don't know how to do that properly and without boring look. I'll try that method tomorrow. Here is some reference to that but I still can't do that:


PS: I've just came across an idea of making this fur with some IMM. I'm going to try this tomorrow.

His pose gesture feels off.  It feel like his head is being punched into his chest instead of  this gestural lurch forward like the WoW asset has.  I would recommend fixing that.

@Brian "Panda" Choi You are completely right but I'm going to fix that later with skeleton pose because it will be a game-ready rigged model, so I want to have rather straight start pose and manipulate that as I want. Without a pose, he looks straight even in WoW:

Hi,
I think that I found the way of doing fur. If somebody wishes I can do tutorial of it. Here's the result:
( Alpha is a bit blocky but it was done very fast and I only wanted the method, so I didn't care about any details )
