1500$ - Used PC - Worth it?

This is my second post of this type, I have mininal understanding of PCs and I am interested in buying a better PC for 3D Art, having a minimal budget means I have to look for alternatives as used PCs.
Thank you to everyone who posted on my last post, it really helps a lot.
I mainly use Maya for modeling and Vray for rendering.
I use them/my intent is ArchViz/Product Design - this means I will have dense scenes of high poly models and long renders as the renders are physical based and desire to be realistic.
CPU- I7-7700
G.Card-MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X 8GB
RAM-Kingston DDR4 16GB
HD- 1TB Seagate Barracuda
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-B250M Gaming 5
Power Supply- +FSP Hyper S 700W Actice PFC 85
Case- IPPON Case Thunder With 5 Fans
For this price, is it worth it?
Will it be enough? Thank you.

I am aware the hardware doesn't have an SSD and I should probably get one.
