[Riot Art Contest 2017] Sleepover Zoe

Hi everyone!
Late joiner here! I felt like I didn't have enough time to make a whole illustration for the contest but I gave it a try anyway.
I love the new character Zoe and I wanted to make something sweet and adorable!
The design is a bit vanilla and could have had way more character depth.
I went with the second one.
Ok here is my mess of a process, bare with me :

Rough values.
Rough colors
Made a few different choices. Face angle/ hat / shoes etc.
Aaaaand here is the result thus far:
I could have made wayy better choices in the end due to the rush in the sketching stage, learning point for next time!
Refining and cleaning is still due.

Final touch ups and details added! Pretty sure I shouldn't continue, I tend to over-render at times.. Any thoughts are still welcome however!
