I just started yesterday, so there's not a whole lot to see just yet but I've made a sync sketch of the one's I've done so far if anyone would like to critique them. https://syncsketch.com/sketch/f28a583e6db7/
Pretty good. Some nice squash and stretch for your bouncing ball. I would put in a pose where the ball is contacting the ground, then over the next frame or 2 have it squash and then it can bounce back up. Like so:
This will give a nice shape change to for the ball.
For your heavy ball, try taking a few frames out of the first apex hangtime, it floats a little too much for me and you want to really exaggerate that heavy feel.
For your female head turn, cushion into the settle more after you overshoot the head. Also, I like that you're getting the chest involved with the rotations. You could try overshooting the chest as well and have it settle like you have with the head.
The head turn anticipation feels a bit weird. Like he can't control his neck. Try giving him a reason as to why he is looking the other way. Maybe something has startled him, someone has called his name, he just heard an absurd remark, etc. This will give you more acting choices. Shoot some ref and really get into character.
Eye blinks look good. See if you can offset them a little. Right now it looks like one side of the face is copied over to the other. Depending on how far you want to push this, offset the blinks, eyebrows, get the nose involved.

Stuff looks good overall, keep it up!
