Hello!
I have been using Mayas transfer maps  "diffuse" and xnormals "base map" baking option for a while now and find it really useful to be able to transfer for example lightbakes on the highpolys uvs and then transfer to a lowres.

I would like to try a workflow where i texture the highpolys uv, and then bake all maps to the lowres uvs, but for that to be effective I would really need a way to transfer all maps at once.
Is there a program or feature in maya/xnormal where i can assign say for exmaple 10 textures to the highres uvs and transfer those texture to lowres uvs?

UV unwrap your high res, then reduce your model, keep your UV's the same. Or, depending on the complexity of your model and texture, make the low res, uv unwrap, add detail to your mesh and be smart about UVs to try and keep them as close as possible.  The latter is much harder, but can work if you're just beveling edges and whatnot.
