[Riot Creative Contest 2017] Rock Candy Taliyah

My idea is something along the lineage of the "Candy" themed skins in league such as LoliPoppy and Candy King Ivern.
Since Taliyah is obviously all about the earth, rocks etc. I thought it would be a fun twist to have her command Rock Candy!
