3rd-Person Action about Vampire

Hello, my name is Arthur Astakhov. I'm undergraduate in Pacific National University in Russia. I have an idea to create UE4 based game about young vampire-woman but i haven't money to do this. It will be 3rd-Person Action with elements of RPG ( character progression, dialogs choices and different endings). I have a raw story, special features of this project, and my vision of mechanic in this game. So, i looking for persons who will be interested in it and want to try to realize it. I hope to see:
