Looks good. Only things is that the pelvis area looks a little odd. Might be fixed once you sculpt it, I don't know quite what I am seeing.

Knees and ankles are smaller in concept. also I'd pull the corners of his mouth into his face a bit and pull the middle of his lips higher up the face to get that exaggerated pout going. also maybe flatten off the top of his head where it connects to his eye stalks? i think its a more bold straight line in the concept.
