I choose monarch because I think it works perfectly with her silhouette. Long regal-like dress with wings. Wanted to mix the monarch butterfly concept with monarch royalty concept in terms of headpiece and dress silhouette. The colors will probably be similar to Monarch Kog'Maw. Modeled the wings in an upright position more like Kog
Maw than the butterfly in real life.
I sculpted everything in Zbrush to bake down ambient occlusions for when I enter Substance Painter/3D Coat. Quad drew low res and Zremeshed one piece. Since these pictures, I've added the butterfly top part of the dress and am preparing it. I'll have to redo my UV layout.
Took a lot of inspiration from art and fashion. Winx, adoptables, concepts, TERA, Vocaloid, League of Legends, fashion shows, Miss Universe, etc. I modeled the ears to match Ghost Bride Morgana and the silhouette of the dress like Bewitching in the front.
Will keep updating as I move into baking and texturing.
