I'd figure I would post a thread for this... since I would like some critique on this.
I'm making a full set of armour but right now I kinda want to concept it by making a bust of the upper half.
Right now I think I have the helmet's shape down.

Right now... its all in Zbrush and no concept art prior to this was used. Let me know what you think!

Soo progress so far... decided not to do a bust. And I feel this works for the overall style of the helmet look... Boots need a lot of work..
I think layered armour works best for this... Would show with live boolean on but some bug prohibits me to print an angle to the canvas...
Soo far the detail is coming together... some pieces probably still need adjustment.
Did a test render in Blender... I just wanted to see what the armour would look like rendered.
Soo I've retopo'd all the armour and redefined it... also added more objects to this to bump up the detail of the character such as latches... etc...
A bit of adjustment and some more armour... made some weapons, one of them is currently blocked out... and a kukri knife. With holsters...
Lowpoly model in Substance painter with a bit of error with their baked maps... Needs to be addressed.
However apart from that, texturing is going smoothly... trying not to hand paint it too much and rely on the id map for colour reference.
Implementation into Unreal 4... not far now before I complete this. Still some stuff to fix up.
the helmet looks a bit sad though
i think it should look fearless or angry
Rendered this character out in better presentation... gonna make a rifle for them and fix up some issues with weighting.
Might plan to make more armour sets using this undersuit base. Might even make more undersuit bases and a female version.
