Pretty cool sculpt and render ! I just feel the SSS is a bit too strong. You should "feel" it, not see big red spots everywhere. Keep on rocking !

Sculpted in, only the fine skin details/pores are alphas.

That could be chromatic aberration.

Would like to see a real-time version of this in Marmoset Toolbag 3 or UE4. Then I'd be 10 times more interested. I don't have much experience with offline renderers, so I have no idea how that "Corona" works.
