Zbrush hardsurface exercise "Bio-mech"

Greetings !
I am creating sci fi -ish cyborg with some organic parts here and there ,the goal was to make a nice portoflio piece and learn as much as possible.
This is why I am creating this post to document what I do and hopefully receive feedback.
Idea source: sci fi games sci fi movies ,alien,star wars,my own imagination and experiments.
I didnt document what I from the start but this is my blockout stage.
Everything is yet to be fixed and well detailed ,any feedback is appreciated

This is where I trying to figure out what i really want to do,I had an idea in mind to make something which will require me alot of techniques and in the end will be most teaching ,many of these ideas werent the best ;D was

Here is what I have now , i am not really happy with the sillouthe so I will work on it right now and choose where I want to have areas detailed and where eye will rest , everything is still rly blockoutish

This is an interesting idea.  Definitely is a good base for something.

How do the thighs rotates along the Z axis?  I don't see a joint for that.

Arms need to be defined more.  Right now, they're reading as muscular blobs instead of defined musculature.

The tentacles seem unnecessary.  They feel the most discordant with the abberation-approach with the design.

oh yeah z axis rotation ,will do that thanks for that!
Arms havent been sculpted yet thats what i will be doing now.
Tentacles will be somekind of facehugger, probbably will need to rethink them

I'm still really disagreeing with that wide barrel you have the thigh joint.  That's going to clip something fierce during a walk animation.

Why IS there another barrel gun at the thigh joints?

Small Redesign is taking place, now i wil ltake closer look to the  belly area(or where is shouldve been) and move from the blockout on the feet.
