Hi everyone,
Got a question for the unity people, what is the best way to go about making trees for an FPS/3rd person perspective game in unity? With LOD and good-enough shaders for the canopy/leaves.
Speed tree is a contender but I have herd crap about it, I used it last year to some dismay (it did not work so well with enlighten) but in my use it kinda worked well (minus the tremendous amount of draw calls).
So what do you guys recommend?
and yes this is a lead-in to me asking for a solution for grass
