Hello everyone !
I'm Pierric Sorel, a junior Illustrator and Concept artist living in France and looking for opportunities
I'm also a huge fan of League of Legends and its universe, so here is my take for a fan-made skin of one of my favourite toplane champion, Illaoi.
The idea is to make a egypt like skin for her, such like guardian of the sands and pharaoh series.
Here is some of the early concept I came with !
Here is the moodboard and the first sketch.
First iterations concepts, I tried various clothes and hairstyles, but I guess the long tied hair is what fit the most to Illaoi !
And finally, the current concept stage.
I was not quite happy with this one, and tried to add some of "mummy" stuff, to better fit the mood of an Anubis priestess.
I'm still not totally statisfied with this one, her idol seems too futuristic somehow, I might go for more iterations of it, and maybe add some strips and mummy stuff to it.
Hope you guys like it !

Here is my current progress !
I made some more design for Illaoi's idol, with the same shapes and idea. It came out that the one that I prefered the most was the mummy version, like its wielder.
I just refined some things (but not so much) on the concept so here it is :
Finally, I made a rough In Game view for the concept, to be sure that she will fit in the game and to see if the design work decently. Pretty happy with this one so far !
Now that the concept art phase is over, let's do..... composition thumbnails !
And by the way, thank you guys for the comments ! I appreciate a lot
Don't hesitate to submit your toughts and critics, I'm always ready to listen and improve !
Here is my thumbnails adventure !
I started with super rough sketches, because it's how I like to work at the beginning, exploring a lot of ideas in a short amount of time and focusing on the flow and composition
I chosed this one because of the flow and the dynamic on it.
I pushed it a little further and reworked some little things !
Don't hesitate to tell me what you think about it guys ! Comments and critics are obviously welcome !
The whole artwork is still a mess, but I'm slowly starting to refine all the things
Defintely had a lot of fun, and learned a tons of things during the process. Thanks all and good luck !
