Hello Polycount! I've recently completed this gun model for the most part, this was a big practice project in terms of hard-surface modelling and topology, as well as realistic texturing. I'm looking for feedback on those two things for the most part, especially the topology. My workflow was the classic modelling a medium-density model, which I adapted high and low for baking, however I knew I'd be using Substance as well, so some details I felt would be best stamped in. The whole model comes in at around 16k tris, my intent is for this to be a FP viewmodel-level model.
How's my topology? What are your thoughts on textures? Is my tri-count too high?
