...INTRO...This is my entry for the Riot VFX contest at
stylized category.
The idea: A desert version of Lissandra's ultimate skill, Frozen Tomb, for a Shurima, Guardian of the Sands, or
Sandwitch (just for the closers) skin for The Ice Witch.

Disclaimer: I'm better in VFX and 3D than painting.
I'm testing styles and exploring renders for sands. Gathering for allegories like stones, pikes, moving sands, tomb shapes and mixing it. Probably I will use all this elements in a more affordable composition, based on the last concept [more clear].
For the tomb model I work on a sand shader. This shader helps to recolor and test tons of sand aspects. Little sand waves moves over the surface and will combine with sand particles emmited by the model. Below, some variations of the shader. Let me know wich you prefer em feel free for new sugestions.

In some freetime I made a quick sketch imagining how Shurima Lissandra could be.
Then I decide to change the tomb shape for something like a egyptian sarcophagus.
With some jade spikes...
Lissandra's hand appear on her "E" skill, I use her hands as the source of the sand power and flow in the skill. I programmed a shader to simulate an sandfall through a mesh.
