Finally got around to creating the LP and baking the Normal map. There are a couple of small errors that I will have to re-visit. Looking forward to texturing it soon. All C&C welcomed.
[WIP] Working on a dirty version. I don't want overkill the dirtiness too much so I'm slowly building it up. My goal is to make it look like a used Jack Hammer. Need to adjust some of the roughness values. All C&C welcomed.
I agree with the other comments, you did a pretty nice job with the materials. I think your lighting is letting it down a bit atm though. Putting it in a proper 3 point lighting setup would help the presentation a lot.

@CrackRockSteady Thanks for the feedback. I'll see if I can make the lighting better. I struggle with lighting. I'll need to look up some more tutorials on lighting. @GrizPark Thanks.
I tried working the 3 point lighting to push the presentation farther. There always seems to be an issues with multiple shadows, which really bugs me. I added some color to the lights to give it more visual interest. I'm not sure if the lighting is better, but I do find the presentation more interesting. All C&C welcomed.
