I think you should re-work your questionnaire. Right now it's mostly rather generic questions, like ''When it comes to creating 3D assets or art, what software do you prefer to use and why''. To use that as an example, your question doesn't really ask anything that'll help your research. You're better off looking through the wealth of resources already out there online for basic things like 'what tools do artists use'. People might be interested in answering if you can start a discussion around a more specific (and interesting) topic, rather than just spending a couple of mins to re-hash something you could find on the Polycount wiki.
My advice for your research? You're better off just spending some time looking around for more specific information. If you need to do a questionnaire, why not ask some historians about early Scandinavian life? Or browsing for articles / threads people have already written about things you may find useful?
