3DS Max - Set working pivot to Object?

Hey Guys,

I've been using Maya at work for the last couple of years and have decided to start toying around with Max again at home.
If you have an object on some strange angle and it has lost its transforms/Xforms, what is the fastest way to recover the correct pivot alignment permanently?

I can quickly setup a working pivot, but I would like to transfer this to the object.
Is there a way to "Bake" the working pivot into an object? This is what I would do in Maya.
