Nice start! The swords are popping around a little right now though. Smoothing that out a bit will go a long way. Also, it'd be cool to see a test with a more asymmetric posture. Maybe he leads with one arm?
Side note. I almost want to see this guy wielding larger swords. Only because his upper body and arms are so huge. Just scaling up the width of the blades as a test.
Dunno if you can see the comments I left on you sync, but I agree with @jchristo breaking up the symmetry is key. Wrapping an arm round his chin, and dragging the back sword could really help. Plus, with shoulders that size, you'll really want to emphasize them, not so much exaggerate them, but make sure they play a role.
A fun option could be his back dragging sword, every other cycle dips low and the tip kicks up sparks. Could do this as an anim layer after you finish you cycle to add a bit of flare...
