import question (size problem). (using 3 software problem)

first of all i sue 3 software. and this is my workflow :
3ds max > zbrush > substance painter

so i finished my low poly model, and unwrap the model, so i export it (OBJ) to Zbrush. when i import to zbrush, the model are BIG. so i resize by unify (deformation). after finish my work, i export high poly objects (OBJ).

then i use my substance painter. after i import and bake the object. (using that said high poly object) the texture/substance messed up. so i retry the workflow and i find my problem.

i should not REDUCE the size of my object in z brush. so the bake will success.

however i need to reduce the this low poly object, so i can work with my brush.

what i must to do ?
