[RIOT CREATIVE CONTEST 2017] - Ekkisha

Hello everyone,
I really love to join this contest, I will try to do my best.
I am not a LoL player, but I like those characters - every char is unique and it was hard for me to pick one.
I choose the Ekko character but changing him to female ( hope it is ok
). Her name is Ekkisha for now. I will maybe change her name later.
I will focus more on project Ekko style and I will try to make it more cyberpunk.
